These Client Terms of Agreement apply to all services provided by AKT1VE Studio / 愛卡迪設計工作室, including visual design, promotional videos, AI-assisted production, campaign visuals, brand content, custom audio/music, and other creative production services.
By approving a quote, making payment, confirming a project, or requesting AKT1VE Studio to begin work, the client confirms they have reviewed and accepted these terms.
Section 1 — General Service Terms
1.Scope Confirmation. Before production begins, the client must provide all necessary project information. Requests outside the confirmed scope may require additional fees.
2.Client Materials. The client confirms all materials provided are legally owned or authorized. The client is responsible for any legal disputes from client-provided materials.
3.Revisions. Minor revisions are small adjustments within the approved direction. Major changes rebuild the approved concept and are treated as additional scope.
4.Major Change Fees. Major changes during production may require an additional fee from 25% of the original price. Major changes during final post-processing may require a fee from 50%.
5.Approval. Approval may be confirmed through email, LINE, written message, payment, or any clear written confirmation.
6.Client Delays. AKT1VE Studio is not responsible for delays caused by late client response, incomplete materials, or missing approvals.
7.AI-Assisted Production. AI tools may have limitations. AKT1VE Studio will use reasonable effort to correct issues, but cannot guarantee perfect AI output.
8.Final Delivery. Final files are delivered only after required payment is completed. Raw files, source files, and unused drafts are not included unless purchased separately.
9.Intellectual Property. After full payment, the client receives usage rights to final delivered files. AKT1VE Studio retains ownership of source files and production materials.
10.No Guaranteed Results. AKT1VE Studio does not guarantee specific sales, views, conversions, or other business results unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Section 4 — Monthly Tier Plan Terms
1.Monthly Payment. Monthly service begins only after payment is received. Late payment may result in work being paused.
2.Monthly Capacity. Each monthly tier includes a defined creative capacity. Monthly plans are not unlimited.
3.No Automatic Rollover. Unused monthly credit does not automatically roll over unless agreed in writing.
4.Cancellation. Fees already paid for the current billing period are not automatically refundable once work has started.
5.Excess Work. Work beyond the selected monthly tier may incur an additional fee or require upgrading to a higher tier.

客戶一旦同意報價、付款、確認專案，或要求 AKT1VE Studio 開始執行工作，即表示客戶已閱讀、理解並同意本服務條款。
第一部分 — 一般服務條款
1.專案範圍確認。 在製作開始前，客戶應提供所有必要專案資訊。超出範圍之需求可能需另行收費。
2.客戶提供素材。 客戶確認其提供之所有素材均為合法擁有或授權。因客戶素材所產生之法律爭議由客戶自行負責。
3.修改規則。 小幅修改指不改變已核准方向之小範圍調整。重大變更指改變已核准概念之需求，屬追加範圍。
4.重大變更追加費。 製作階段中的重大變更，追加製作費得自原專案價格之 25% 起算；最終後製階段得自 50% 起算。
5.核准方式。 核准可透過電子郵件、LINE、書面訊息、付款或任何明確書面確認方式成立。
6.客戶延遲。 因客戶回覆延遲、素材不完整或缺少核准所造成之時程延誤，AKT1VE Studio 不承擔責任。
7.AI 輔助製作。 AI 工具可能存在限制。AKT1VE Studio 將以合理專業努力修正問題，但不保證完美的 AI 輸出結果。
8.最終交付。 最終檔案僅於應付款項完成後交付。原始檔、提示詞與未使用草稿不包含在交付範圍內，除非另行購買。
9.智慧財產權。 完成全額付款後，客戶取得最終交付檔案之使用權。AKT1VE Studio 保留原始檔與製作素材之所有權利。
10.不保證商業結果。 除非另有書面約定，AKT1VE Studio 不保證特定銷售額、觀看數或其他商業成果。
第四部分 — 月費方案條款
1.月費付款。 月費服務於付款完成後開始。付款逾期可能導致工作暫停。
2.月費容量。 每個月費方案包含固定的創意服務容量，非無限制服務。
3.不自動累積。 未使用之每月額度不自動累積至下個月，除非雙方另有書面約定。
4.取消。 已支付之當期費用，一旦工作已開始，不自動退還。
5.超額工作。 超出所選月費方案之工作，可能需追加製作費或建議升級至更高方案。
